All photos become property of Kendon Industries, LLC and may be used, without restriction, for all marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. Contest entrant understands that copyrighted or trademarked photos or content is not to be submitted and agrees to responsibility for any claims arising from submitting said material. No purchase necessary. Contestants must enter a valid email address to vote and enter the drawing. All entrants will be added to the Kendon email list and will be sent periodic communications from Kendon Industries. Kendon will never sell or rent your email address to anyone. You may opt out of email communications by contacting Kendon Industries or by opting out through the button contained in the email. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Kendon Industries, LLC. Contest ends July 31, 2016 at 11:59PM EST. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Kendon Industries, LLC. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered within five (5) days following the winner selection. Prizes not claimed within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or failure to timely return completed and executed declarations and releases as required, may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
