Front Tie-Down Procedure

  1. Attach two ratchet tie-downs to the front forks or handlebars of your motorcycle.

  2. Secure the other ends to the front tie-down outriggers on the trailer.

  3. Tighten the straps until the front suspension compresses to at least 75% of its total travel.

  4. Ensure there's no further movement or compression possible by hand to prevent hooks from disengaging during transit.

Rear Tie-Down Procedure

  1. Connect two ratchet tie-downs to the rear part of your motorcycle, such as the rear footpegs, frame, subframe, or swingarm.

  2. Attach the other ends to the trailer's rear tie-down points, typically located near the axle.

  3. Tighten the straps so the rear suspension compresses to at least 75% of its total travel.

  4. As with the front, ensure no further movement or compression is possible by hand.
